Settings - My settings -- Updated for April 2022 release

In the Snoobi menu (top-R, under your name), go to Personal Settings.
The followin screen is displayed if you select Edit.

With Edit you can change your personal data.

The initial username is always the submitted email address. You can change the username, but the name should at least be 6 characters.
You can change your first- and last name, as well as your email address and phone number.
Language for e-mail export is the place where you can select what language to use when you send data like exported panels.
Depending on your Snoobi Edition, you can select a Dashboard type associated with your login. Any Snoobi account you have access to will then initially show this Dashboard Type

Change password

Click on Change password if want to change your password. In the next screen, enter the email address that is also your username. You will then receive a link that enables you to change your password. Due to safety reasons, you cannot ask Snoobi what your password is.

Note: If you receive an error message when changing your user name then that name is already in use. For Privacy reasons we cannot provide additional information, only give the error message.
