Visitors and Leads - Visits

 

The panel views gives an accurate and informative display per visit of visitors, the dates and duration of visits, additional information such as Business Line and Business ID and the entry method.

 

Show details

 

In the Web Analytics menu, select Visitors and click Visits.

 

What is shown

 

The panel displays information about the selected time range. See Metrics for an explanation of the data analysis.

 

Organization information

 

Click on the name of an organization to learn more about the organization or the visits by the organization. Four options are offered:

 

LeadsProfiler

Here you will see detailed information about the visiting organization. Refer to the Knowledgebase article on LeadsProfiler for more details.


Organization details

Here you will see more detailed information about the visiting organization, lead labels etc.

 

Note: Do you see incorrect information here? Then click on the link Report incorrect info so we can correct it in our database.

 

Organization visits

You will see a comprehensive overview of all visits by the organization in the chosen period, including pages visited, how long they are viewed and which route is followed at your website.


Visitor-Routes

You will see a comprehensive overview of all visits by this specific visitor in the chosen period, including pages visited, how long they are viewed and which route is followed at your website.

 

Tips

 

You can change the lead label by clicking on the pencil that appears when moving the mouse over the lead label. Please note that the change will only affect your own Snoobi account, not those of others.

 

To send a list of leads to your sales team, you can:

  • Export the panel to a PDF or CSV file.
  • Send a PDF or HTML report to predefined addresses via email. First add the panel to a custom report (via panel actions). Settings for e-mail reporting can be edited via the menu Custom reports.

 

If you have created one or more rating group(s) via settings, you can apply a scoring group on the data via Segmentation, and a Default Score can be setup in Settings.
