The February 2026 Release of Snoobi Analytics
Snoobi maintains the schedule of regular updates to provide our customers and partners with the latest information in web- and online data analysis.
And this February we are announcing an exciting major release that affects many aspects of Snoobi Analytics. Interface changes, easier access and AI-research for organizations are just a few of the extended analytics options that are new.
Below is a summary
Location of visitors: This can now be shown on a detailed map, up to the city level, also incudes the segmentation option to filter on a part of the name of an organization, a city or a region. The global map shows the number of visitors from a location. The map can be filtered on any segmentation option, for instance to 'zoom in' on Norwegian visits from educational institutes.
Benefit: This can be used in combination with the visitor geo-mapping feature to only show visitors from a certain location. It also allows all Snoobi Analytics metrics to only apply for the chosen location or multiple locations.

Organization Profiler extension: Addition of an AI-powered company research button in the Organization Profiler in addition to the standard internet search.
Benefit: This provides a detailed view on the organization's public profile and will greatly enhance your company lead identification process. This is a beta-feature powered by OpenAI.

Repeat visit selection: We added the option to segment (or ignore) organization visits based on repeat visits; you can select to look back 1,3,6, or 12 months.
Benefit: Many website visitors may not opt-in for cookie storage. This means that repeat visitors cannot be selected as they are fully anonymous. As it is still valuable to view repeat visits from an organization this new feature enables you to only show organizations that have (or have not) visited your website in the chosen period.
Combine this with other new snoobi Profiler functions or the AI-Research function to assist your sales team in identifying leads.

Traffic Source or acquisition updates: AI-Search was added as a separate traffic source. This feature is currently in beta as more identifiers will be added and shows the visits to your site that originated from AI Chat tools. We also added details on the 'Own Domain' traffic source and added numerous newly recognizable social media and search engines.
Benefit: More details on how visitors actually reached your website pages.

Extension to accesibility panel: The actual WCAG error code as added to the accessibility research table; this means easy lookup of the error and possible steps to resolve issues.

New custom report selector and UI element change: A custom report drop-down selector is now added to the header. This means there's a one-click selection of a specific report instead, reducing the steps needed to view a custom report.
At the same time the size of the Left-Hand menu was reduced, and we moved the Real-time visitor display to the header area. This means more room on the screen for the Snoobi Analytics reports without the distraction of the constant real-time updates.
Snoobi Datafeed enhancements: A copy button is now available to the Datafeed overview per account, giving Snoobi client administrators more control over the use of the Snoobi Datafeeds.
We also expanded the Datafeed 'Days' parameter to allow for 365 days instead of the current standard of 180 - data from a longer period can now more easily be extracted from Snoobi's servers.
Details about the Snoobi Datafeed enhancements can be found here
One more administrative option: We added the option for Snoobi administrators to select the method of page name. Page name as url, as url without parameters or using the name from the html-title can now be selected and recalculates all of history. This used to be a setting that could only be done by Snoobi Administrators.
The details for these settings are available in the Helpdesk document
