Snoobi Server monitoring
The Snoobi Analytics Suite has two datacenters.
Both are located within the European Union, as data from our clients never leave the EU.
Our main datacenter is in Finland.
In addition to our constant monitoring of servers and application performance, we have established an external view of our services.
The status page looks like this (click on the image to see live data, agree on not using https as the page is http only. )
The initial display shows the last 7 days and has 3 possible status signals:
'Operating normally' speaks for itself of course, 'Service disruption' means a short interuption that maybe due to the network, while 'Service outage' means a more important issue with the service availability.
Service disruption shows frequently only for a short time when there may be an internet connection issue between the monitoring service and the Snoobi servers.
Service disruptions are also reported when Snoobi's development performs maintenance or is handling updates and releases.
Both of these do not indicate an actual service issue, Snoobi will still be available and collect data. Every status is monitored by Snoobi support 24x7.
In addition, all services are duplicated to enable fail-over in the case of errors.
More details
Clicking on the name of a Snoobi service displays a more detailed analysis of Snoobi's uptime for that service:
- Up to 3 months can be viewed
- Average service response time (from various locations)
- Last 24h uptime and response time
- Response time per country
