Release notes for Snoobi Analytics, December 2022
With this December release for Snoobi Analytics we changed some menu items and information elements, so they can more easily be found and used.
For instance the menu for 'Links and Files' settings has been moved, the order of menu items in the 'Content' menu-section has been changed, and a number ofold information elements have been removed.
As an example, it is no longer interesting if a web browser is able to run Java. This option has been removed in browsers a while ago due to privacy- and security, so it is no longer an important analytics metric.
What also has been added is a 'bunch' of search engines, so we are better able to recognize additional search engines that are used to access your website. This is always a 'moving target' so if you notice a search engine in 'Referring website' please let us know.
One important change is the addition of the 'Exit Page' panel.
However, the context in which it was presented in the user interface was not always clear to users.
So, based on feedback from our support team and clients, we decided to make the 'Exit pages' metric more accessible by providing a separate panel.
