What is new in Snoobi e-commerce reports

With the Snoobi Analytics release of January 2025 we also made a number of improvements to the e-commerce / webshop reporting panels. More improvements are planned for upcoming Snoobi releases.

Here is a summary of changes

  • The e-commerce overview no longer shows only a single panel with yes/no ordered but also a panel with orders by traffic source and the panel with the graphic overview of orders and related metrics.
  • Segmentation has a new filter option. It is now possible to create a segment of all visits that resulted in an order or did not result in an order. That enables you to differentiate between visits that resulted in an order and other visits.
(See Segmentation - E-commerce- Has ordered)
  • The 'Product Details' and 'Order Details' analytics panels used to have a generic name which was identical for all panels under these sub-menus. We changed that to reflect the actual content of each panel, clarifying the content of these panels.
We also changed the order of the panels with the most used metrics at the top for easier access without the need to scroll down.
  • We are hiding the e-commerce analytics menu option for Snoobi accounts that do not have e-commerce analytics as that resulted in some confusion for our users.
  • An additional panel shows 'All orders', the fixed metrics are Name, ItemID, Amount and Average price.
This is a direct list of all order items in the selected time period.
  • The 'All orders' panel also comes with a free Snoobi Datafeed, details will be sent to the main account contact upon request. A Snoobi Datafeed enables easy extraction of the 'All Orders' data to be used in a spreadssheet such as Excel or as input for other BI-tools. Details of all parameters can be found in this Knowledgebase document.
The maximum number of returned rows is 100,000 which should be sufficient for most cases but can be increased if needed.
One example on how to use this Datafeed is to create an overview of all items on all orders in a certain time period, for instance a month or 2 years. Within a few seconds the data is then available for further analysis.

To maintain compatibility with earlier versions, existing custom reports will remain in the form as they were created.
