Snoobi Analytics update Custom Reporting
With the V2024-2 Release of Snoobi Analytics you will notice a number of improvements in the custom report module.
Below is a summary of changes.
- More options to enable or disable adding csv file to A subscribed e-mail report
In previous versions of Snoobi, the metrics in first panel in a custom report would always automatically also be added as a csv-file. - Csv-files are readable by spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel and can be used in additional reports where you want to combine the data with data from other sources.
In this latest release you can control the addition of a csv-file for each panel. In the 'Actions' menu for each panel you can now find the menu-toggle for 'Attach as csv (on or off). - Existing reports have the csv-file for the first panel set to 'on' automatically as a default but that can be switched off if you do not need any csv-file with the report.
Please note that not all panels are a good candidate for csv-file addition, so this may not be enabled for all panel types. - Enable adding csv file also for full visitor session route
With the addition of a csv-file for more panel types we also have enabled the creation of a csv-file for the complete session route of a visitor.
As this adds a large and complex file we advise you to only use this when necessary as it contains a lot of information.
