The Snoobi Account Traffic Monitor -- Updated for April 2022 Release

You may already know that Snoobi performs a complete data collection analysis of every visit to your website (at least as long as visitors do not block all statistics).

In addition to the visits from actual humans, there is a growing number of 'bot' traffic.
Read more about Bots in this article.

Since it is important to know how much traffic is actually stored and how much of that traffic is available in the Snoobi reports, the Snoobi Traffic Monitor is visible in the menu, directly below the last menu option.

Total this month = the total number of hits (aka 'Page views'). Updated daily for completed days.

Reported this month = how many of these hits were actually reported.

% bots this month  = the % of total hits in this month that were identified as coming from recognizable bots.

All in account = the total number of hits (aka 'Page views') that are stored in Snoobi. In this example more than 14 million

All reported = how many of these hits were actually reported.

% bots all time  = the % of total hits in the Snoobi account that were identified as coming from recognizable bots. In this example 22%, so quite a few.

In addition to the bots that Snoobi direcly can identify, there may be other bots or scrapers that access your website and do not immediately contribute to the analysis of your website.

Contact us if you see spikes or a large number of visits from a single ISP or organization that you cannot contribute to an actual campaign or changes made to your website. We can then research and where needed prevent these from showing up in your reports.
